A West Sussex landscaping firm built around trades, not sales.
Heavens Property Solutions was founded by Connor Heavens in Littlehampton, on the West Sussex coast. We do landscaping the way it should be done — measured properly, priced fairly, then delivered by the same accountable team from first dig to final planting.
The team. A small, hands-on crew of 2–4 led by Connor Heavens, with 15 combined years on the tools. Drainage and groundworks are handled in-house. Full garden design is in-house too — and we're equally happy working to a client's or designer's plans. Electrical work is delivered through our trusted subcontracted electricians.

What we specialise in. Hand-laid porcelain and natural-stone patios, block-paved and resin-bound driveways, hardwood and composite decking, premium artificial grass, fencing, turfing, pergolas and end-to-end garden design — including bespoke media walls.
Where we work. Headquartered in Littlehampton with active projects across Worthing, Angmering, Chichester, Lancing, Brighton, Rustington, East Preston and the wider West Sussex. No seasonal lead-time difference — we work year-round.

Patios, driveways and paths get the right sub-base for the job, with drainage falls built into the work.

Connor leads every project, with a hands-on crew of 2–4 and 15 combined years on the tools. Drainage, groundworks and full garden design all kept in-house; electrical work is carried out by our subcontracted electricians.

Every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee from completion. If something's down to our work, we'll come back and put it right. What it can't cover is the stuff outside our control once we've packed up and gone (like a slab getting chipped by a dropped plant pot). If it's our workmanship, it's covered.
