These terms govern your use of the Heavens Property Solutions website and the landscaping & outdoor-living services we provide. By using the site or engaging us you agree to these terms. Heaven Property Solutions Ltd is a company registered in England, company number 13239016, operating from 50 Northway Road, Littlehampton, BN17 7JX.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes and to enquire about our services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
• Use automated scraping, harvesting or data-mining tools.
• Reproduce, copy or resell any part of the site without our written consent.

Site visits and quotes are free. We price every job after seeing it — either on an in-person visit or from photos with accurate measurements. We don't publish fixed prices online because every garden is different.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quotation if the scope changes, if hidden site conditions emerge once work is opened up, or if Building Control, Planning or other statutory requirements impose additional work. Any variations are agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.

Acceptance of a quotation forms a contract between you and Heaven Property Solutions Ltd.

Payment is by cash or bank transfer. A small booking fee (typically £50) secures your place in the diary. A 50% deposit is due approximately one week before the project starts, and the remaining 50% is payable on completion. We do not take large upfront deposits.

Late payments may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

Every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion / handover. If something's down to our work within that period, we'll come back and put it right. The guarantee covers our workmanship only; it does not cover damage caused by third parties, subsequent alterations, lack of maintenance, accidental damage (for example a slab chipped by a dropped plant pot), or extreme weather events.

Where products supplied as part of the job carry a manufacturer warranty (for example paving, composite decking, artificial grass or fencing materials), those manufacturer warranties apply per the manufacturer's own terms.

Heaven Property Solutions Ltd carries £5m public liability insurance and £5m employers' liability insurance. We'll happily share the certificates before you sign.

Where works require Building Control approval, Planning consent, a dropped-kerb / vehicle-crossover application, or Party Wall notices, we will flag this in your quotation and can coordinate the necessary applications. You remain the legal owner of the property and the duty-holder for any statutory consents unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Where a project includes electrical work (for example lighting, sockets, TV/fireplace circuits in a media wall, or pergola lighting), that work is carried out by our subcontracted electricians and is included in the written quote.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability arising under or in connection with the contract is limited to the value of the contract sum paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer (not a business) you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where you ask us to start work within the cancellation period and subsequently cancel, you may be liable for the value of work already carried out and for any materials already ordered specifically for your job.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
